NetSuite Error linking account or invoice

Issue: There is an error which populates when linking an account or invoice in NetSuite

Error message: You have entered an invalid email address or password. Please try again.

Troubleshooting:

Go to Work 365 Administration > Admin Hub > Integrations tab > hit the gear icon on NetSuite > Hit Edit

Confirm if this error populates: Error! An error occurred while retrieving product classes from accounting connection: You have entered an invalid email address or password. Please try again..

Resolution:

If the connector page does populate the error, take the password for the NetSuite integration user and add it to the connector, and then hit save.

Verify:

Confirm the issue is resolved by linking an example account or invoice.
