Issue
When attempting to link an invoice from Work 365 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you may encounter the following error message:
Error Message:
"Sorry the current permissions prevented the action...'"
This error typically occurs due to disruptions in the integration between Work 365 and Business Central, often resulting from recent updates or changes in Business Central. To resolve this issue, you may need to re-establish the connection between the two systems.
Prerequisites
✔ System Administrator privileges on both the tenant and Business Central.

Resolution Steps
1. Access the Admin Hub in Work 365
✅ In Work 365, navigate to the bottom-left work area selector and click on Administration.
✅ From the navigation bar, select Admin Hub.
2. Locate the Business Central Connector
✅ Within the Admin Hub, click on Integrations.
✅ Find the Business Central connector in the list.
✅ Click on the arrow next to the gear icon on the far right and select Edit.
3. Reconfigure the Connection
✅ Click on the green Configure button.
✅ Ensure you are using an account with the necessary permissions.
4. Complete the Consent Process
✅ A pop-up window will appear.
✅ Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the consent process.
? Once completed, the connection between Work 365 and Business Central will be re-established, resolving the "Sales Header does not exist" error.

⚠ Common Cause: This error is typically caused by Business Central updates.
