Steps to Configure Email Notifications

1. Access the Payment Processor Portal

βœ… Log in to the Paya Connect portal associated with your Work 365 environment.


2. Manage User Notifications

βœ… Navigate to the Users section.
βœ… Select the user who requires email notifications or create a new user profile if necessary.
βœ… Within the user's settings, go to Preferences.
βœ… Enable the specific email notifications the user should receive, such as:
βœ” Payment confirmations
βœ” Transaction alerts


3. Configure Work 365 Payment Notifications

βœ… Navigate to Work 365 > Settings > Payment Processor.
